A Lighthouse called Kanata operates internationally and represents clients and artists in the contemporary art space. Our affiliate group of galleries seeks to provide a seamless service to all Kanata clients and artists located anywhere in the world. This Privacy Notice relates to all companies within our international group of galleries and all affiliated companies from time to time at A Lighthouse called Kanata Organization.

Each of the companies within A Lighthouse called Kanata Organization may collect and process your personal information in particular circumstances, however personal information is only shared between the companies within A Lighthouse called Kanata Organization where we have a lawful justification for doing so.

We collect your personal information directly from you by email, telephone, face to face when you visit one of our galleries or events, in paper form and via our website, including when you:
